Before I started The Fruit Stand in 2021, I was working at an office job I hated. I truly felt that I had no other option in my life and that I had to make the best out of the job I had. I was feeling an overwhelming amount of  pressure to stay at the job because it was safe and a "Good Job". 

Everyday I would look around at my coworkers who had been there for years and I could see how unhappy and stuck they were. I said to myself I did not want to become like them. So one Saturday I left my office keys at my desk and walked out. 


Yes it's a lot of hard work, but when you are doing that hard work for yourself and building a business for yourself and your family, there's no better feeling.


What we offer is the ability to set your own path to success and create the life style you want.

Supply Chain

After owning and operating our first store and opening a second, we have learned all the possible pain points of running a business. With that being said our biggest issue our first year was being able to keep our great products in stock all the time. That is why as a franchise you will have access to purchasing 90% of everything you will need to operate your business from our own in house distribution.


 The benefits of this, is you are able to buy as you need without worrying about running out of product, as well as getting wholesale pricing without having to buy wholesale quantities.

Steps to Ownership

1. Send us an Email at the Top of the page!

Tell us a little about yourself, where you'd like to open a location, and we'll reach back out to you.

2. Phone Call with our CEO

A Phone with Jason Carpinelli , to get to know each other and talk about your goals.

3. Candidate Information Collecting

We will be collecting information on you, this includes financial statements, credit history, and background information. 

4. FDD Review

This is your time review the Franchise Disclosure Document, this document includes everything you need to know about opening your own "Fruit Stand". It's a long document, but don't be scared it is in place for both of our legal protection.

5. Franchise Awarded

 After receiving your franchise agreement and reviewing, you will then execute your agreement and send in the initial franchise fee of $35,000. Once the agreement and franchise fee have been received and finalized, you will be an official franchisee. 

6. Orientation & Training

 Orientation is a required one-day class which should be scheduled and completed within the first 30 days of becoming a Fruit Stand franchisee. Here, we will discuss all the steps involved with opening your store, including budgeting, financing, planning, site selection, ordering, construction, and more. Once complete, you will start the process of training and store build out.


Training will take place closer to your store opening. This is a four-week, required class held at our main Kent location for all franchisees and managers. This comprehensive, hands-on course will familiarize you with our core product knowledge and our operational systems. 

7. Location build out and Store Opening!

Build out for your location can take 2 to 6 months, our team will work with you and a contractor to get work done as quickly as possible. Finally your store will open, and the real work begins!
