Once upon a time...
"In the summer of 2020, I was living in the college town of Kent, Ohio, trying to eat healthier and cut out processed foods — but I never seemed to have the time. Growing up, I used to love the homemade fruit salads at my grandparents' house... So I wrote a business plan, expanded the idea to include smoothie bowls, and designed the menu around a 'build your own' concept — fast, fun, and made to order. From the moment we opened our doors in January 2021, I knew we had something special. Not just an amazing product, but a brand with real purpose. The Fruit Stand isn't just a business — it's what I want to do with my life."
